The concept of sustainable development (SD) has become widely accepted among nations, organisations, and individuals. Recent quantitative conceptual models have indicated relations between stakeholder perspectives SD, brand image, customer satisfaction. purpose this study is to estimate a Sustainable Development Index (SDI) as an easy applicable survey item which used perceptions. By applying PLS path model, comprising the EPSI variables suggested items SDI, evaluates relationships aspects experience customers’ perception SD. estimated score SDI further analysed approximate measure universal SD applied in literature. As such, contributes research community by integrating frameworks measuring experience. data comprises cross-sectional multi-industrial data, consisting 606 final respondents. results show empirical support constructed index relation driving aspect
